'Neil farms biodynamically but is not very keen on talking about it. Neil also raises beef... steak and red wine anyone?? I chose Neil’s Pinot Noir for a couple of reasons. It’s delicious yes, but it also has character. Much like the man himself. You are never bored when Neil is around. There is so much intrigue in the glass... which is good.'
'There is balanced fruit on the nose and then a line of spice through the middle of the palate. Plus, great acidity which makes his Pinot very good friends with food. Drink with Beef Carpaccio, Beef Tartare or with anything you want to throw on a BBQ.'
