The Winemaker

Nick Spencer Wines is a small, family run winery dedicated to producing exceptional, handcrafted wines that honour the New South Wales landscape. The fruit is grown on a vineyard in Prunevale in the Hilltops region of NSW. The vineyard sits at about 600m on decomposed granite soils. 

The Wine

The 2022 Pinot Gris displays ripe pear and stone fruit characters along with subtle white flower aromas. The palate is rich and intense but balanced with refreshing acidity and a long finish. It's perhaps the most versatile of any wine when it comes to matching with food. Nick's style of Pinot Gris lends itself to Asian cuisine such as curries, stirfry noodles, & dumplings.
