The Wine
‘Barrel-fermented Gruner Veltliner from the Alpine Valleys is varietal and vibrant, showing lifted white florals and fresh fennel with a whiff of smoke and flint. Texture from time in foudre for almost a year adds complexity and intrigue-a lovely sense of expression and purity. Quite the Alpine delight.’
