The Wine
‘Think unfiltered Rosé but with a delightful blend of red and white grapes from Nadja’s ChaLou property in Orange. A delight to the senses – cherry blossom, Angostura bitters and lime zest on the nose. The palate has zippy & zesty orange notes, candied ginger, rosewater and passionfruit – with a dry, salty lemon pith finish. Sunshine in a glass –particularly when matching with Tuna Sashimi, ginger and ponzu.’
